What is Sultan Mahmud Islamic Center (PISM)? PISM is the management center for Islamic affairs at Universiti Malaysia Terengganu (UMT) which is responsible for the management of mosques, the spiritual development of campus residents, as well as community relations through Islamic programs and so on.
Who can use the facilities and participate in programs organized by PISM? All UMT members, including students and staff, as well as external communities (according to suitability and invitation), can participate in the program and use the facilities provided by PISM.

Can students propose or organize programs with PISM? Yes, students are encouraged to propose or organize joint programs, subject to PISM review and approval.
Facilities & Reservations
What facilities are available at the UMT Mosque? The UMT Mosque provides a main prayer hall, fardhu ain room 1, fardhu ain room 2, banquet room, distinguished room 1 (vip waiting room), distinguished room 2 (vip suite room), main meeting room, Al-Quran studio (executive), cultural heritage digital gallery, resource center 1, resource center 2, PISM office, UMT mosque parking lot as well as ablution facilities, toilets and a funeral management room.
How to book a space or facility at a mosque? Bookings can be made by coming to the PISM office for booking and confirmation.
Does PISM provide wedding or marriage services? No. However, PISM can assist in terms of advice, referrals and facilities for marriage ceremonies.
