  • Manage the department’s human resource management affairs (mytime, leave, training, welfare, staffing, discipline, rules, regulations, best staff awards).
  • Manage department management meetings.
  • Manage departmental records management (letters, file records, documents).
  • Manage the online admin system.
  • Managing workshops, events, visit programs, meetings.
  • Manage PTj Quality Assurance meetings.
  • Manage technical committee meetings and PTj quotations.

Finance

  • Managing financial affairs.
  • Manage budget and Special Fund applications.
  • Manage departmental expenses and petty cash.
  • Manage trust funds under the department.
  • Managing assets, inventory, stock, supplies.
