MARANG, 30 October 2025 (Thursday) – The LestariCanselori@Bukit Kor program organized by the Chancellery Office of Universiti Malaysia Terengganu (UMT) was successfully held at the Bukit Kor Campus, Marang. This program was also participated by the Sultan Mahmud Islamic Center (PISM) as one of the Responsibility Centers (PTj) under the Chancellery.
The program, which aims to instill a spirit of sustainability and strengthen brotherhood among the people of the Chancellery, began with the introduction of the Herbal Garden presented by Prof. Ts. Dr. Fadzilah @ Adibah, followed by the sharing of safety knowledge by Mr. Aisamudin, UMT Safety Officer.
The ceremony was also graced with the presentation of the Quarterly Best Staff Award, which was given to two PISM staff for their commitment and dedication in carrying out their responsibilities, namely Ustaz Muhammad Farhan bin Othman and Encik Abdul Rahim bin Haji Uzip @ Othman.
In addition, there were also birthday celebrations for the Chancellery residents and leisure activities that strengthened the bonds of friendship between the participants. This program not only strengthened the spirit of togetherness, but also instilled the value of love for the environment in line with the university’s aspirations towards a sustainable campus.
Hopefully, the spirit of cooperation and togetherness expressed through the Chancellor’s Sustainable Program will continue to flourish among all UMT residents. InshaAllah, see you again in the next program.
