According to Dr. Kasyfullah Abdul Kadir, Head of the Sultan Mahmud Islamic Centre of UMT, this programme was held to celebrate new students and their families, as well as to express the role of the mosque as a centre of welfare, brotherhood and a harmonious campus community.
